My name is Anua.  I am a qualified yoga nidra practitioner and sound wellness student.  I share this work with children, adults, groups and on a one to one basis.  I am passionate about sharing yoga nidra because of the impact it has had on my health and well being.  I have also seen the positive impact it has had on other people's lives. 

 

Yoga nidra and sound work have helped me to find the balance in my life that my mind and body were craving.  Yoga nidra provided the opportunity for deep rest and re-connection with my mind and body, at a particularly stressful time of my life. 

During my journey to health and wellbeing, I found sound healing.  I am now doing a level two diploma in sound healing, with The Sound Healing Academy.

Step one

Get comfortable!

Lie on a yoga mat, wrap your body in blankets, support yourself with bolsters, pillows and cushions.

Step two

Make no effort!

 

Close your eyes while I guide you into a state between wakefulness and sleep.  Make no effort.

Step three

Welcome home!

Let go of cares and worries.  Allow your body and mind to rest and restore.
